La sérine-glyoxylate transaminase (SGAT) est une transaminase qui catalyse la réaction :
- L-sérine + glyoxylate hydroxypyruvate + glycine.
Cette enzyme intervient notamment chez les plantes dans la photorespiration au sein des peroxysomes.
