Tiosulfat sumportransferaza (EC 2.8.1.1, tiosulfat cijanidna transsumporaza, tiosulfatna tiotransferaza, rodaneza, rodanaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tiosulfat:cijanid sumportransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

tiosulfat + cijanid {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } sulfit + tiocijanat
