Trimerlizin I (EC 3.4.24.52, Trimeresurus metaloendopeptidaza I, hemoragična proteinaza HR1A, hemoragična metaloproteinaza HR1A, metaloproteinaza HR1A) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Razlaganje dve veze, His10-Leu i Ala14-Leu, u lancu insulina B

Ova hemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zmije Trimeresurus flavoviridis.
