Tiosulfat—tiol sumportransferaza (EC 2.8.1.3, glutation-zavisna tiosulfatna reduktaza, sulfanska reduktaza, sulfanska sumportransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tiosulfat:tiol sumportransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tiosulfat + 2 glutation sulfit + glutation disulfid + sulfid
Primarni produkt je glutation hidrodisulfid.
