Regulator G-proteinske signalizacije 6 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran RGS6 genom.[1][2][3]

Članovi RGS familije (regulatori G proteinske signalizacije) modulišu dejstvo G proteina putem aktivacije GTPaznih alfa podjedinica (koje vezuju nukleotid guanin).[3]
