Haloalkanska dehalogenaza (EC 3.8.1.5, 1-hloroheksanska halidohidrolaza, 1-haloalkanska dehalogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-haloalkan halidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

1-haloalkan + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } primarni alkohol + halid

Ovaj enzim deluje na širok opseg 1-haloalkana, haloalkohola, haloalkena i pojedina haloaromatična jedinjenja.
