Estron sulfotransferaza (EC 2.8.2.4, 3'-fosfoadenilil sulfat-estronska 3-sulfotransferaza, estrogenska sulfotransferaza, estrogenska sulphotransferaza, oestrogenska sulphotransferaza, 3'-fosfoadenililsulfat:oestron sulfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3'-fosfoadenilil-sulfat:estron 3-sulfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
