Behind the Screen (sh. Iza ekrana) je američka kratka crno-bijela filmska komedija snimljena 1916. u režiji Charlesa Chaplina. Radnja je smještena u filmski studio, a Chaplin tumači scenskog radnika po imenu David koji će se suočiti sa svojim suparnikom po imenu Golijat (čiji lik tumači Eric Campbell), štrajkom kao i propalom glumicom (čiji lik tumači Edna Purviance) koja u studio dolazi prerušena u muškarca. Behind the Screen je historičarima filma zanimljiv i zbog toga što se jedna od scena ponekad tumači kao jedan od najranijih primjera komičnih referenci na homoseksualnost u Hollywoodu.[1]
