«Someday Baby» er en Grammy Award-vinnende sang[1] av Bob Dylan og er det femte sporet på det Grammy Award-vinnende albumet[2] Modern Times fra 2006. En promo CD ble også utgitt med albumversjonen av sangen og en redigert kortere versjon.[3]
Sangen nådde nummer #98 på Billboard's Pop 100 singles chart[4], og ble brukt i en fremstående iPod + iTunes reklame som ble sendt rundt tiden Modern Times ble utgitt, i tidlig september 2006. Denne sangen var nummer 37 på Rolling Stone's liste over de 100 beste sangene i 2008.[5]
Denne formen av sangen er basert på «Trouble No More», en folk/blues-sang skrevet av Muddy Waters og popularisert av the Allman Brothers Band, som igjen var basert på «Someday Baby Blues» av Sleepy John Estes og popularisert av Big Maceo som «Worried Life Blues». En alternativ versjon av sangen dukket opp på det åttende tilskuddet i Dylan's Bootleg series, Tell Tale Signs.
