Pertukaran tahanan Arab–Bizantium

Pada saat peperangan Arab-Bizantium, pertukaran tahanan perang merupakan kegiatan reguler dari hubungan antara Kekaisaran Bizantium dan Kekhalifahan Abbasiyah. Pertukaran tersebut dimulai pada akhir abad ke-8 dan berlanjut sampai akhir abad ke-10. Kebanyakan dari mereka dilakukan di Sungai Lamos di Silisia, di perbatasan antara dua kekuatan tersebut.
