Kuil Ōmiwa (大神神社code: ja is deprecated , Ōmiwa-jinja), juga dikenal sebagai Kuil Miwa (三輪神社code: ja is deprecated , Miwa-jinja, secara alternatif ditulis sebagai Miwa-myōjin (三輪明神code: ja is deprecated )), adalah sebuah kuil Shinto yang terletak di Sakurai, Prefektur Nara, Jepang.[1] Kuil tersebut dikenal karena tak berisi barang atau gambar keramat karena kuil tersebut diyakini melayani Gunung Miwa, gunung dimana kuil tersebut berdiri.[2]
