Tulio Hernández Gómez (26 May 1938 – 16 September 2023) was a Mexican politician who belonged to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).[1]
Born in the city of Tlaxcala,[1] he served two terms in the Chamber of Deputies (1964–1967 [es] for the first district of Tlaxcala, and 1997–2000 as a plurinominal deputy), as borough chief of Azcapotzalco from 1976 to 1979, and as governor of Tlaxcala from 1981 to 1987.[2] From 1982 to 1995, he was married to the actress Silvia Pinal.[3]
