Geography

Spring Creek Township covers an area of 34.96 square miles (90.5 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Logue, Stoeltzing and Wooster.

The streams of Bowmans Branch and Loss Creek run through this township.
