Shara District (Persian: بخش شرا) is in Hamadan County, Hamadan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Qahavand.[3]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 25,509 in 5,793 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 23,195 people in 6,247 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 20,242 inhabitants in 5,903 households.[2]
