Nor Astghaberd (Armenian: Նոր Աստղաբերդ) is a village in the Kajaran Municipality of the Syunik Province in Armenia.
Toponymy
The village was previously known as Payahan (Armenian: Փայահան).[2]
Demographics
The population of the village of Nor Astghaberd was 53 in 2001,[2] and 57 in 2011.[1] The population of the community of Nor Astghaberd was 179 in 2001,[2] 79 in 2009, 93 in 2010,[3] and 172 in 2011.[1]
