Kossi Noutsoudje (born 16 October 1977) is a retired Togolese football striker. He was a squad member for the 1998 African Cup of Nations. Playig in four different countries, he became league champion in 2000 and 2001 with ASEC Mimosas and in 2006 with ASFA Yennega.[1]
