Kakejcov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkakɛjtsof]) is a municipality and village in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.
Kakejcov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Rokycany, 21 km (13 mi) south-east of Plzeň, and 74 km (46 mi) south-west of Prague.
