Hirokazu Ishihara (石原 広教, Ishihara Hirokazu, born February 26, 1999) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as right back for J1 League club Urawa Red Diamonds.[1]
Career
Hirokazu Ishihara joined J1 League club Shonan Bellmare in 2016. On June 5, he debuted in J.League Cup (v Vissel Kobe).[2][3]
After three seasons with Shonan and only a handful of appearances, Ishihara joined J2 League club Avispa Fukuoka for the 2019 season.[4] He became a regular starter for the club and made 37 league appearances throughout the season.
He returned to Shonan Bellmare from the 2020 season and became a regular player for the team. At the end of the 2023 season, he had made 168 appearances for the club. He had also made over 200 career appearances without scoring a professional goal.
In December 2023, it was announced that Ishihara would be joining Urawa Red Diamonds for the 2024 season.[5]
