Hồng Vân [hə̤wŋ˨˩:vən˧˧] is a commune of Hanoi the capital city in the Red River Delta of Vietnam.[2]

[edit]According to the statistical yearbook of the whole Hanoi, as of 2025 Hồng Vân Commune had a demography of 58,685.[1] Besides, the population of the whole ward is fully registered as Kinh people.
