Dorchester Township (T7N R7W) is located in Macoupin County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,550 and it contained 652 housing units.[2]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.11 square miles (93.5 km2), of which 35.98 square miles (93.2 km2) (or 99.64%) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2) (or 0.36%) is water.[2]
