Brzyno
Village in Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland
54°46′23″N 18°0′42″E / 54.77306°N 18.01167°E / 54.77306; 18.01167Brzyno ([ˈbʐɨnɔ]; Kashubian: Brzënie/Brzëno/Bżëno[1]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krokowa, within Puck County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Krokowa, 27 km (17 mi) west of Puck, and 61 km (38 mi) north-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. It is located within the historic region of Pomerania.
During World War II the Germans operated a labor camp for prisoners of war from the Stalag II-B prisoner-of-war camp in the village.[3]
