Bielawy, Łowicz County

52°4′N 19°39′E / 52.067°N 19.650°E / 52.067; 19.650Bielawy [bjɛˈlavɨ] is a village in Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Bielawy. It lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Łowicz and 34 km (21 mi) north of the regional capital Łódź. It is located in Łęczyca Land.
It was a private church town, administratively located in the Orłów County in the Łęczyca Voivodeship in the Greater Poland Province of the Kingdom of Poland.[2]
