Babańce ([baˈbaɲt͡sɛ]; Lithuanian: Babonys[1]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sejny, within Sejny County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Lithuania.[2] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Sejny and 114 km (71 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.

From the 13th century to 1795, this village belonged to the Grand Duchy of Lithuania's Trakai Voivodeship.
