Alfredo Héctor de los Santos Silva (born 12 February 1956) is a Uruguayan footballer. He played in twenty-five matches for the Uruguay national football team from 1975 to 1983.[1][2] He was also part of Uruguay's squad for the 1975 Copa América tournament.[3] At a club level, he played for Nacional, River Plate, and Barcelona, among others.[4][5]
