The 2026 United States House of Representatives election in Guam will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect the territory's delegate to the United States House of Representatives. The Delegate, who is elected to a two-year term, represents Guam's at-large congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. The election will coincide with the larger 2026 United States House of Representatives elections and the 2026 Guamanian general election.
Incumbent Republican delegate James Moylan was re-elected to his second term in 2024 with 52.69% of the vote.
Incumbent Moylan was first elected in 2022, becoming the first Republican delegate elected since 1993.[1] In 2024, he defeated Democratic nominee Ginger Cruz, 52.69% to 46.81% of the vote.[2] Moylan is also one of two Chamorro serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, with Kimberlyn King-Hinds of the Northern Mariana Islands.[3]
